Fitness Testing
We have started our fitness testing this week. The girls did the Sit N Reach and the Sit-Up test. There are a few more tests to go. We are using these scores as a BASELINE, a beginning. After each test the girls are setting a goal for the end of the year. There will be one to two re-tests to see the improvement and then a FINAL post test at the end of the year. Some of the girls set hard enough goals that it will be important for them to be stretching and doing some activity at HOME. Please encourage this. Stretching ever night during TV time would make that time more productive!
